"[Judge Price's] judicial career has been marked by a consistent level of preparation, an unfailing respect for and courtesy to Counsel and the parties, a firm and sensible grasp of complex legal issues, a noteworthy fairness and objectivity in discretionary rulings, and a judicial demeanor of the highest order. Litigants could not have a better-prepared or more fair and objective mediator for dispute resolution."

~James B. King, Evans Craven & Lackie, PS
"Judge Price was very open and generous with his time as a Superior Court Judge, and he made great efforts to make all lawyers and persons feel welcome in his courtroom... while it is a great loss to the Superior Court bench that Judge Price is retiring, he will be a welcomed mediator, private trial judicial officer, and pro-tem judicial officer in our community after he leaves the bench, and therefore our legal community will still have the benefit of his experience, compassion, fairness, and judicial temperament.""

"I litigated against Michael Price when he practiced family law. I appeared before him, representing clients in family law matters, when he served as a Court Commissioner Pro Tem and a Superior Court Judge. During all of those times, I found him highly-prepared, with a very strong understanding of both the facts and the law. Few Superior Court Judges understood the intricacies of family law like Judge Price."

"Judge Price making himself available to mediate, and to preside over private trials, is an unexpected surprise. His work ethic, intelligence, professionalism, and truly stealthy sense of humor have always made for a class experience. I look forward to working with him in this
next chapter."
